When parents separate, the children don't separate from either one. That's the principle that guides me in every case of parental responsibility and visitation.

In practice, I help parents design a schedule that works: who picks up in the morning, who brings back from activities, where holidays and school are, what happens during vacations. Sometimes agreements come through conversation, sometimes through the court. In both cases, I make sure the children's voice is heard.
